In windows 7, user account are created when more than one
user works on same PC and they do not want to share their data or want to work
as an individual. But if the windows user accounts are not protected by password than any
new user can open the user accounts.
Administrator account has all the power to create, modify
and delete any user account. That’s why administrator account should be
protected by the password so that any other may not have access to
administrator account.
The steps to create a password for window 7 administrator account are
given below:

Open the “start
menu”.

Select the “Control
Panel”.
3.
Click on “Add
or remove user account”.
4.
Select the user account for which you want
password protection.
5.
Click on “Create
a password”.
6.
Type the password and hint.
7.
Click on “Create
Password”.
Now you user account is protected by the password and only
you can log in. One important thing is that if your account is not
administrator account than the administrator may change or delete your account
without requirement of password.
